Montego Bay Shore Excursions

The port of Montego Bay is a popular destination for cruise liners on a tour of the Caribbean, and offers many exciting opportunities for shore excursions.

There are historical sites to visit including working plantations such as Croydon Park, or passengers can opt for a river cruise via bamboo raft, a sailing expedition, as well as snorkeling and scuba diving from the many beaches.

A boat safari tour can be arranged where visitors can see crocodiles being fed. Cruise passengers who enjoy shopping can visit the Half Moon Shopping Village where cigars, Jamaican rum and liquors as well as postcards are on sale.

Visitors can also take in the Bob Marley exhibition centre where there are also some great restaurants, plus an authentic English pub on offer. There are also shopping facilities at the Cruise Ship terminal and at Montego’s Freeport Shopping Centre which is adjacent to the port.
