Princess Cruises is the driving force behind this small and intimate 1,258 ton ship that made its Maiden Voyage in 2005.
This ship, known as the
Fiji Princess is home to only 72 guests (almost like a large, private yacht) and cruises regularly to Ports of Call in Hawaii and Tahiti. This ship is a departure from the big cruise ships that are more like “floating resorts” because of their multitude of activities and amenities.
Fiji Princess is different. It has a dining room … a pool … and water toys to enjoy in the pool. There are two bars, 4 sun decks, a boutique and a laundry for guests. The ship also has a Beauty Spa and a Volley ball Court. It’s all about relaxing until you reach a Port of Call. Then, you have the opportunity to feed fish … to snorkel in a peaceful lagoon … and to participate in a bushwalk.
