Many Caribbean cruises board and disembark at Bridgetown the port for Barbados and there are many attractions accessible to passengers close by.

Broad Street is where the main shops are including department stores and duty frees. Interesting activities on offer include a trip in an Atlantis Submarine to study life underwater, a trip on a glass bottomed boat or a dive into Animal Flower Cave.
The village of Bathsheba is highly recommended a visit, as well as St Nicholas’ Abbey.
A half day trip is to Harrison's Cave in the centre of Barbados.
