One of the world’s largest cruise ships, the 225,282 ton Allure of the Seas will make its maiden voyage in the fall of 2010.
Owned and operated by Royal Caribbean International, the ship will be home to 5,400 passengers as it cruises to both eastern Caribbean and western Caribbean ports of call, with stops in St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Nassau (eastern Caribbean cruise) and Jamaica and Cozumel (western Caribbean cruise).
Allure of the Seas provides guests with many amenities, including a Spa and Fitness Zone, a Pool and Sports Zone with 4 pools, 10 whirlpools, and an aqua park for kids, a solarium and a miniature golf course.
There is also nightly “Broadway-style” entertainment, an ice show, a comedy club, a jazz club, and a Youth Zone that includes a gymnasium, science lab, crafts workshop and a teen disco. There are also many superb restaurants, cafes, bars and lounges.
