This handsome 138,000 ton ship, which is managed and operated by Royal Caribbean International, made its maiden voyage in 2002.
It currently conducts cruises to Caribbean ports of call, including Puerto Rico, Aruba, Curacao and St. Thomas and transatlantic ports of call, with stops in The Canary Islands (Tenerife) as well as several ports in Spain and France, including Malaga, Palma de Majorca, Barcelona and Toulon.
Adventure of the Seas is a large ship that comfortably accommodates up to 3,114 passengers. Its guest-friendly facilities include a full size ice skating rink, a rock-climbing wall, a 9-hole miniature golf course, a basketball court, youth facilities, a Day Spa and Fitness Centre and its centrepiece attraction – the Royal Promenade, a 24-hour-a-day pedestrian thoroughfare that functions as a sort of “Main Street.”
There are many restaurants and cafes, plus a world class nightclub, a theatre presenting live entertainment and spacious conference facilities.
