This small 5,888 ton ship is privately-owned and operated by a Portuguese company and serves 360 passengers, most of whom are generally middle-aged British tourists.
Intimate and comfortable, but definitely not kid-friendly, the Arion features two cruise packages. Its Middle East cruise reaches ports of call in Egypt and Jordan.
A second cruise package, the Mediterranean cruise, stops at Slovenia, Croatia and Albania.
Passengers enjoy a variety of on-board amenities, including access to a Beauty Salon, two lounges, one of which is a sing-along Piano Bar, a single pool and live entertainment available nightly throughout the duration of the cruise.
The ship is also home to a casino and a “relax-and-read” library. As is true for all cruise ships, passengers enjoy access to a variety of restaurants and cafes serving world-class cuisine, as well as friendly pubs and bars.
